Former 7-Up bottling plant (top photo) is converted to affordable size spaces for workshops, wholesale warehouses, auto repair shops, and similar light industrial uses—each with its own graphic identity—plus a row of commercial storefronts facing existing residences along Keith Street (bottom illustration).
